Galway Folk Festival 2026.

2026 marks the 19th Gate to Southwell Festival, taking place in early summer at our beautiful lakeside parkland home in Kirklington, Notts. Over 4 days, with 60+ acts on 3 main stages; with on-site camping and glamping, fantastic music and the most friendly atmosphere you’ll find anywhere! Fabulous rural setting near the stunning minster town of Southwell.

We occasionally feature festivals with a difference. And this time it is a veritable feast of interweaving words: stories, poems, rap and songs, from across the Welsh Marches, West Midlands and the whole wide world!

Popular Scottish event, promises to be even bigger than last year. In its 50th year of existence and still going strong. With a nice redesigned website too.

32nd anniversary of the longest running Cajun festival in Europe. Featuring the best bands and musicians from around the world for a weekend of non-stop partying, music, dancing, workshops, and authentic Cajun cuisine.

The festival features performances from many acts across 16 venues, along with storytelling, arts and crafts, talks, morris dancing, open mics and folk music sessions. The event will mainly be streamed, with workshops held in person. Further details are expected to follow.
