The Tower of Song is Birmingham’s foremost Acoustic and Roots Music venue. As well as hosting gigs by featured artistes, the Tower is available for private hire and also hosts regular events.

Run by the Armagh Pipers Club, Trad at the Trian is a series of recitals held on the first Friday of each month from October to April at St. Patrick’s Trian, English Street, Armagh. A popular, friendly club with floor singers and a monthly guest. Held in the front bar of a hospitable pub with a welcoming landlord and landlady. Now in its 20th year.

Comfortable and friendly setting with a huge variety of music. No distracting bar noise or booming speakers. A warm welcome awaits, with good beer and coffee on tap. The venue is 5 minutes from Chesham town centre, with full disabled access to the meeting room. Once or twice a month the club hosts singers’ nights open to all who wish to sing or play. Other than “acoustic” there is no restriction on material. The floor is open to performers of all levels and ages. From shaky beginnings, some of the club’s performers have gone on to enjoy careers as professional musicians. The club asks only that performers do their best and enjoy themselves. Feature Nights are also held, where local guests or young musicians combine two 20-minute sets with a singers’ night. ...
