Folk-Club

The White Horse Inn has hosted folk nights every other Monday since 1993. The club is held in the bar of the pub, which creates a unique and intimate atmosphere. We welcome all musicians, the very young and the very old, the very amateur and the very professional. We try and book a guest once every two months. The Wivenhoe Folk Club has been meeting at The Greyhound in Wivenhoe High Street since 5th March, 1992. The Club is no-smoking and largely acoustic. The booked guests are nationally known and often internationally known artistes; floor spots by local and near-local performers are always welcomed.
