Session

A friendly open session on the first Friday of the month.

A monthly rebetiko (Greek blues) jam session is held at The Horseshoe pub (Farringdon Station) on the first Monday of every month, bringing the sounds of Athens to London. The Rebetiko Recycled band and friends welcome participants to play, sing, dance, or simply listen to the music. Admission is free, all are welcome, and all musicians are invited to jam with the band. The Horseshoe (also home to the Islington Folk Club) is a friendly traditional pub with real ale. This session is for those who are yet to brave the average Limerick session but have their sights set upon it.

A music and song session, mainly Irish though any style is welcome. Noisy at first, quieter later, often continuing until the small hours.
