Free Day of Lincolnshire Folk Music Dance & Song

Organised by the two Lewes folk clubs, The Royal Oak and The Lewes Saturday Folk Club in conjuction with The Union Music Store.

Leyland Accordion Club meet on the first, third and if there is one, the fifth Wednesday in each month. The first and fifth Wednesdays of the month are informal nights where we drink coffee, talk about music, play, give instruction etc, The third Wednesday is always our concert night where we hold a concert on the stage, this is similar to an open mic night at other clubs. On a concert night the doors open at 7.30 PM. From 8pm onwards we listen to a variety of amateur and professional players on our stage. If you are a player, then bring your accordion along and give us a tune. ...

Beaumont Manor is adjacent to City Hall Car Park and the Lounge Bar is on the ground floor with access via rear doorway, A selection of hot meals and snacks are available at the fully licensed bar. The Club is ‘all acoustic’. A raffle is held at half-time! Performers pay £1-00 Non-performers pay £2-00

The annual Lincoln Folk Festival, which has run for 25 years in the city of Lincoln UK, is no more. Instead we’re running regular concerts throughout the year, with a ‘Grand Concert’ (this is the ‘plus one’!).
