Mix of guests and singers nights

Traditional session, mostly Celtic acoustic instrumental music. Please note this is NOT a sing around (I can’t change the listing) There are plenty of great singarounds in Leicestershire but sessions are sadly few and far between!

A friendly space for storytellers to perform in front of a small audience. Beginner, experienced or there to listen - all are welcome!

Now in its 7th year, the club presents folk music and songs in an informal and friendly setting mainly on a sing-around basis but featuring guests every three months.

Free monthly song and music session in the bar. All welcome.

The Acorn Folk Club upholds traditional and contemporary folk music and is committed to bringing the best professional performers possible here to Minehead.

The room is both warm & comfortable, with the bar (serving cask ale) in the adjoining room. In the summer there are pleasant views to be had over the Golf Course. Plenty of parking, in the car park or on the road & the venue is easy to find.
