Shetland Accordion & Fiddle Festival

The Shetland Accordion and Fiddle Club meets at the Royal British Legion in Lerwick from September to March, fortnightly on Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. The annual festival in October is a highlight for traditional accordion and fiddle music, with concerts and dances across the isles.

The festival hub is Islesburgh Community Centre in Lerwick. Rural concerts take place in community halls, the Grand Dance is at Clickimin Centre, and the final concerts are at the Royal British Legion and the Festival Club.
