The night is aimed at fans of songwriters and contemporary folk.</p> <p>Attendees are welcome to listen, join in, and play their own songs. The pub is a cosy, warm space that lends itself well to a night with no microphones or amplifiers — just songs, guitars, and other instruments. Musical influences include James Taylor, Jake Bugg, Joni Mitchell, KT Tunstall, Laura Marling, and David Gray. Traditional songs and popular covers and tunes are also welcome; nothing is specifically excluded.</p>
