A traditional session is held at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis.

The first hour covers common Foinn Seisiún book tunes; players are then encouraged to introduce their own tunes and sets.

A trad session takes place in the hotel pub, starting between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM, with fiddler, box player and keyboard player.
