Two trad sets a day, every day. Early one at 5pm, late one at 9pm.

The first hour covers common Foinn Seisiún book tunes; players are then encouraged to introduce their own tunes and sets.

A town-centre session in Carlow. Tuesday nights are reliable — a smaller crowd than the weekend, but the musicians are more serious about it.

County town pub session on Thursday nights, reliably attended. The bar has enough space to accommodate a full session comfortably.

All musicians and singers are welcome.

Thursday night session, mainly tunes with a few songs. All welcome, though it may not suit absolute beginners.
